Our cozy apartment for 2 - 5 persons offers the perfect starting point for your relaxing holiday

in the “Ybbstaler Alpen” in Lower Austria's “Mostviertel”.

The apartment (60 qm) consists of: 

• Bedroom including double bed (sleeping area 190 x 200 cm), wardrobe and single bed  (sleeping area 90 x 200 cm).
  
  
• Living-dining room containing kitchen corner including fridge with freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave oven by request, cozy corner bench group, sleeping couch for 2 persons (sleeping area 140 x 200 cm, with mattress for perfect lying comfort), satellite TV, Wireless LAN, cozy stove for cozy evening hours. 
  
  
• Bathroom included are shower, lavatory, mirror cabinet and toilet. 
  
  
• Hallway including wardrobe. 

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a long balcony, which is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. Inclusive are bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchenware, Nespresso capsule machine (capsules available), water cooker, toaster, crockery, kitchen utensils etc. as well as electricity and heating. 

Fibreglass-Wireless internet and satellite TV as well as a car park are available, as well as the possibility to garage ski or bicycles respectively to charge your e-bikes.
